• You will receive the timing and other essential activity-related details one or two days before the event.
• Transfer services are available; however, if your location is far from our SIC pickup point, our team will inform you of a nearby common pickup point.
• Shared pickup services are provided from centrally located hotels or residences in the city (Deira, Bur Dubai, Al Barsha, and Sheikh Zayed), but pickups from the airport are not available.
• Pregnant women, individuals with back or neck injuries, or those who have recently undergone surgery should not participate.
• Entertainment, such as belly dancing or live fire shows, is not available during Ramadan.
• For summer, opt for loose-fitted clothing and open-toe flats to avoid sand accumulation. In winter, remember to wear a warm jacket.
