Essential Information

• Transfers are available if selected during the booking process.
• Guests must bring their Emirates ID or passport for identification.
• Pickups are arranged from hotels or residences; airport pickups are not available.
• Arrive at least 20 minutes before the activity begins, especially if you’re not using the transfer option.
• The minimum weight requirement to participate is 15 kg.
• Life jackets must be worn at all times during the activity.
• Pregnant women, people with heart conditions, or those suffering from backaches should refrain from participating.
• The Love Boat experience is available daily from 9 AM to 10 PM.

• By Private Transport: Private transfers can be booked separately during checkout for an additional charge.

Booking Policy

• Cancellation Policy: Once the booking is confirmed, cancellations are not allowed and will incur a 100% charge. No refunds will be provided.
• Rescheduling: Ticket rescheduling is not permitted.
