• By Bus: Routes 27 and 29 will take you to the Dubai Mall. The nearest bus stop is at the Grand Drive Entrance, Lower Ground Floor.

Booking Policy

• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled activity time are free of charge.
• Cancellations within 24 hours of the activity time will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
• Refunds (if applicable) will be credited to your bank account within seven business days.
