• Identification: Guests must bring their Emirates ID or passport when boarding the yacht.

• Safety Requirement: Life jackets must be worn by all guests throughout the activity for safety, as per government regulations.
• Maximum Capacity: The yacht can accommodate up to 12 people, including the crew. Do not exceed this capacity.

Booking Policy

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled activity will incur no charges.
• Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled activity will incur a 100% cancellation charge.
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within seven business days.

Child Policy:

• Kids below 3 years old: Free entry
• Kids between 3 and 10 years old: Must pay the child rate
• Kids above 10 years old: Must book standard tickets
