• Cancellation within 36 hours: No refund will be issued.
• Late arrivals or early departures: No refunds will be given.
• Conditions for flight exclusion: Individuals under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or those who exceed the weight limit of 110 kg or height of 6’4″ will be excluded from the flight without refund.
• Weather conditions: If the flight is canceled due to poor weather or unforeseen circumstances, we will attempt to reschedule or offer a full refund via a voucher.
• Minimum number of people: If a flight doesn’t meet the minimum number of participants, it may be rescheduled or substituted with an alternative activity.
