Entry Timing and Fees

Emirates Park Zoo welcomes visitors throughout the week with convenient operating hours. From Sunday to Wednesday, the zoo is open from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM. On Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays, and public holidays, it extends its hours until 9:00 PM, allowing guests extra time to enjoy the attractions.

Entry is free for children under 3 years old. For children aged 3 to 16, tickets are priced at AED 30, while visitors above 16 years pay AED 35. In addition to general admission, activity pass cards are available for those who wish to participate in special experiences. Separate tickets can also be purchased for interactive activities such as animal feeding, childhood enrichment programs, and more, adding extra excitement to your visit.

History

Emirates Park Zoo began its journey in 2008 with the opening of a small feeding farm. By 2012, it had grown into a fully developed zoo. Since then, the management has worked tirelessly to ensure the zoo remains well-maintained and continues to evolve. New attractions and experiences are regularly introduced to keep the experience fresh and engaging, drawing in a growing number of visitors each year.

How to Reach from Dubai and Abu Dhabi

Although there is no direct transportation from Dubai to Emirates Park Zoo, you can still reach it easily with a combination of metro and bus. Start by taking the Metro to Ibn Battuta Mall, then walk to the nearby bus stop at Ibn Battuta Metro Station and catch a bus heading to Shahama. From there, the zoo is just a short walk away. Alternatively, for a more convenient option, you can take a taxi directly to Emirates Park Zoo.

Emirates Park Zoo is located on 12th Street in Al Bahia, Abu Dhabi, UAE. It is approximately 35 kilometers from downtown Abu Dhabi. The journey from Abu Dhabi Bus Station to the zoo typically takes about 35 to 45 minutes, depending on traffic.
