• Please ensure you bring a valid ID (Emirates ID or passport) as it will be required at the entrance.
• Outside food and drinks are not allowed inside the Burj Khalifa.

Operational Hours

The Burj Khalifa in Dubai opens daily at 8 am on Fridays and Saturdays. You can visit anytime between 9 am and 11:30 pm for the activity. From Sunday to Thursday, the opening hours will change to 10 am.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the scheduled activity time will incur no charge.
• Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled activity will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
• If eligible, the refund will be processed and reflected in your bank account within seven business days.

Child Policy

• Children under 3 years old can enter for free.
• Kids aged between 3 and 8 years old are required to pay the child rate.
• Visitors aged 8 years and above must pay the adult rate.

• By Metro: Take the Red Line Metro and get off at Burj Khalifa Metro Station. From there, you can either walk for 15 minutes to the destination or take the F13 bus and get off at the Dubai Mall Bus Stop.
• By Taxi: Taking a taxi is a convenient and economical way to reach the Dubai Mall, especially if you prefer to avoid multiple transfers.
